With the extreme delays shipping carriers are currently experiencing, we cannot guarantee boxes will deliver within our normal lead time. Please know that while we are shipping orders quickly, we are unable to control any potential transit delays that may occur.

DAMAGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Affective 10/8/21 we are offering full replacement on any damaged products received, so long as the following is applied:

1. Notification is submitted via email (fromustoyouco@gmail.com) within a 7 day window.

2. Photo needs to be submitted of the damaged product and the packaging.
